At Juice in the City, we pride ourselves on helping you discover great local businesses in YOUR neighborhood and giving you a real incentive to go out and enjoy them! And we make sure that those local businesses are high quality places that you would really want to go, not just somewhere that was willing to give us 50% off because they are desperate!
To make sure that is the case, we made sure that these local businesses are not found by underappreciated, long distance cold callers who live thousands of miles away. Instead our deals are found by real moms who live locally and know that business (you may even know the mom that found it!). And that makes a HUGE difference in the types of businesses we work with and also the types of offers we have (yes, they are more fun… We noticed that too!).
We feel really confident that you will love buying deals through us and will never ever have anything to complain about. However, in the incredibly unlikely and remote event that something goes wrong and we let you down, we will give you your money back. If you are unhappy, we are unhappy! And that is just not acceptable.
Now, this doesn’t mean that you can enjoy your amazing deals and then complain every time, just to get your money back. We will spot that right away! And it also doesn’t mean that we can just give you your money back if you simply change your mind after the deal closes and decide that you don’t like massages after all (are you mad?!) or forget about the deal until your kids are in college or you decide that you are “too busy” after all or that one appointment time you preferred was taken. Also we can't refund gift purchases. But if you have truly had a horrible experience or the local business seems to have disappeared into thin air, just contact us here and give us all the details and we will see what we can do.
Juice in the City doesn’t make a new product each day, (we are not the seller of the deal or the services or products offered), so we can’t assume responsibility for the deal or the local business or even your behavior when you are there. But we promise to try wherever possible to step up to the plate and make sure it is easy and simple for you to be made whole again. It is possible that in the future we might have to limit this recklessly over-generous refund policy if it is abused. But for the moment we just want to make you happy. Awwww.
